Church management built
around the congregation.
Right now church life runs through a dozen WhatsApp groups, a spreadsheet and someone's memory. Ekkleo brings it all together. Simple enough for your members, structured enough for your church administration.

Church life deserves better than a patchwork
Churches weren't designed to run on fragmented tools. Ekkleo exists to bring your whole church, people, programmes and pastoral care, into one coherent home.
The patchwork most churches inherit
- A dozen WhatsApp groups nobody can keep track of
- A spreadsheet that only one person understands
- A separate giving tool that doesn't talk to anything
- Paper rotas that get lost or forgotten
- Pastoral notes scattered across inboxes and notebooks
What Ekkleo replaces it with
- One app for every member: channels, events, sermons, giving
- A shared directory your whole leadership team can trust
- Giving with Gift Aid built in and HMRC-ready exports
- Rotas that fill themselves by skill and availability
- Pastoral care tracked from first visit to full membership
One platform, not a patchwork
Channels, events, giving, rotas, pastoral care and content, all in one place, all talking to each other. No more switching between five tools.
Built for the congregation, not the database
Most church software treats your people as records. Ekkleo gives every member a home, a place to belong, participate and grow between Sundays.
Safeguarding and compliance built in
DBS tracking, child check-in, Gift Aid declarations, and GDPR consent. Not bolted on, but woven through every feature from day one.
AI that actually helps, not just decorates
Sermon summaries, discussion questions, rota auto-fill by skill, and early-warning pastoral alerts. AI doing the admin so your team can pastor.
What every member gets
Not a database. A living community.
A thriving church needs an engaged congregation. Ekkleo gives every member a beautiful, free app to stay connected, grow in faith, and serve, making your whole church stronger.
Never Miss Anything
Get notified about services, events, and announcements the moment they're posted. No more relying on WhatsApp chains.
Sermons On Demand
Watch or listen to every sermon. AI generates summaries and discussion questions to help you go deeper.
Prayer Wall
Share prayer requests anonymously or publicly. See and support the prayer needs of your church family in real time.
Events & RSVP
Browse upcoming church events, RSVP with one tap, and get automatic reminders so you never forget what's happening.
Connect with Your Church Family
Find and message other members, join ministry groups, and build real friendships within your congregation.
Ministry Channels & Chat
Join dedicated channels for worship, youth, prayer, outreach and more. One organised space instead of dozens of group chats.
Volunteer & Serve
Sign up to volunteer with one tap. Manage your rota, swap shifts, and be recognised for your service to the church.
Give & Tithe
Give one-off gifts or set up recurring tithes with secure, instant payments. Track your giving history and Gift Aid eligibility in one place.
See it in action
A product tour, not a feature list
Don't take our word for it. Here's what Ekkleo actually looks like. The same screens your pastors, leaders and members will use every week.
Church channels, not WhatsApp groups
Replace your dozen WhatsApp groups with scoped church channels. Church-wide announcements, ministry-only discussions, and leaders' team conversations, all in one app.
- Church-wide, ministry-only and leaders' channels
- Pinned messages and threaded replies
- Read receipts and @mentions
- No more lost messages in WhatsApp

Small groups that actually feel small
Connect groups are where church becomes family. Members browse groups by night, area or life stage, apply with one tap, and get their own private space with a group chat, shared calendar, resources and attendance tracking. No more sign-up sheets that no one fills in.
- Browse by night, area, life stage or online
- One-tap applications with leader approval
- Each group gets its own chat, calendar and resources

Escalate to Senior Pastor
Leaders can flag urgent pastoral needs directly to the Senior Pastor. No one falls through the cracks.
Know when a sheep
is wandering from the flock.
Ekkleo quietly watches real engagement — attendance, giving, prayer, serving, community participation — and tells you who hasn't been around before they disappear. No spreadsheets. No guessing. Just a pastoral prompt when someone needs a call.

Real signals, not vanity metrics
- 🙏Prayer participation
- ❤️Giving & tithes
- 📅Event attendance
- 🤝Volunteer serving
- 💬Community posts & comments
- 📺Sermon & content engagement
Every signal is real activity from your church platform — never gamified points or badges. Just honest data about who's showing up.
Automatic monthly prompts
Each month, Ekkleo checks every member. If someone's been gone too long — and hasn't already been contacted — it creates a pastoral follow-up and lets your team know.
"What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he has lost one of them, does not leave the ninety-nine in the open country, and go after the one that is lost, until he finds it?"
Luke 15:4
